I don’t know about you but I am always looking for easy appetizers especially ones that I can make in the crock-pot. Well, today I’ve got one of the easiest appetizer recipes that I’ve ever made.
This Crock-Pot Chicken Enchilada Dip is delicious and super easy to make. All you have to do is literally dump everything in the crock-pot and let it cook. Plus, it only requires 4 ingredients.
Sunday is game day at our house. My hubby is a huge football fan and all the guys on our street come over to watch football. So, I usually try to make different appetizers for them to snack on. This Chicken Enchilada Dip is perfect because it doesn’t take long to make or cook and it’s always a huge hit. It would also be perfect for a party.

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 1 can (7 oz) chopped green chiles
- 2 cups Mexican Blend shredded cheese
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours.
Does it get any easier than this?
You could also use ground beef or ground turkey instead of chicken. And I might add a can of beans next time also.
