First of all, what’s not to love about an easy fajita recipe? And, guess what? These Shrimp Fajitas are cooked on the grill in foil packets. That means dinner is easy to cook and clean up is a breeze.
Ingredients needed to make Shrimp Fajita Foil Packets
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Serve with tortillas, salsa, sour cream, and rice
How to make Grilled Shrimp Fajita Foil Packets
Preheat your grill to high heat. Cut 4 foil pieces into 12 inch squares. Add shrimp, peppers, and onion to large bowl and set aside. In a smaller bowl, mix taco seasoning, olive oil, and lime juice. Pour mixture over shrimp, peppers, and onion and mix until everything is evenly coated. Evenly divide shrimp, peppers, and onion onto aluminum squares. Fold foil up and seal aluminum packets closed.
Place foil packets on grill for 10-12 minutes or until shrimp is cooked. Serve immediately with rice, tortillas, fresh salsa and sour cream.

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

I love grilled shrimp! We used to make foil packet meals like this when we went camping as a family. Never as good as this though!
I am trying these tonight they smell great have them in the fridge as will not be gilling for about an hour…did not have lime juice so used lemon…sure it will be Ok…I love things like this on the grill….so easy….
