Today’s Take Five is all about Fast and Healthy Breakfast ideas. I still struggle with eating a healthy breakfast. I know it’s important but I start my day with coffee and then before I know it, it’s 12:00 and I realize I haven’t eaten anything all day. It’s such a bad habit and I know it’s horrible for my metabolism so my new goal is to start my day with a healthy breakfast. But it can’t just be healthy – it has to be fast too because the mornings are crazy.
