I love a great dip recipe and I have the best New Year’s appetizer for you today. It’s perfect because it combines cheese, beans, salsa and more. Nothing fancy here my friends – just a fabulous appetizer that everyone will love. I could probably eat the entire dish myself. Just give me some tortilla chips and I’m a happy girl.
Do you know what makes this recipe perfect for the new year? It has black-eyed peas in it and we all need to eat black-eyed peas on New Year’s so we have good luck all year long.
This is a great dip to have in your recipe box. It’s cheesy and full of flavor! The perfect appetizer to ring in the new year. I love this dip because you can’t mess it up. Plus, who doesn’t love a cheesy dip?! I’m warning you now – if you’re feeding a large crowd you should definitely double the recipe because it will go fast.
I also like this recipe because I usually have everything needed to whip it up in my pantry and fridge. I love a great recipe that doesn’t call for a lot of ingredients and this dip is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. I think you could also make it in the slow cooker making it even easier to throw together.
