Homemade Whipped Gingerbread Butter
- 2 sticks unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- Beat milk and butter together until light and fluffy.
- Add ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, molasses and brown sugar to whipped butter.
- Continue to mix until well blended.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Remove from refrigerator 20-30 minutes before serving. Store in refrigerator in airtight container.
