Homemade Whipped Gingerbread Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat milk and butter together until light and fluffy.
  2. Add ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, molasses and brown sugar to whipped butter.
  3. Continue to mix until well blended.
  4. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  5. Remove from refrigerator 20-30 minutes before serving. Store in refrigerator in airtight container.
