Homemade Whipped Gingerbread Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  • Beat milk and butter together until light and fluffy.
  • Add ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, molasses and brown sugar to whipped butter.
  • Continue to mix until well blended.
  • Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  • Remove from refrigerator 20-30 minutes before serving. Store in refrigerator in airtight container.
