This recipe for Pink Moscato Sangria combines pink moscato with berry vodka and fresh berries. A delicious cocktail perfect for Valentine’s Day, your next girl’s night, celebrations, and more!
I’m sure you can tell by now that I love Sangria so, of course, I had to share a delicious sangria recipe that’s perfect for Valentine’s Day. In fact, this easy sangria recipe is the perfect Galentine’s Day cocktail. Invite the girls over and mix up a pitcher of Pink Moscato Sangria because it’s time to sip back and relax with your besties.
What is Sangria?
Sangria is a wine punch that typically includes red wine, fruit, brandy, sugar, and a splash of bubbly. I wanted a pink sangria for Valentine’s Day so I swapped the red wine for Pink Moscato and added berry vodka instead of brandy. And, since Moscato wine is usually sweeter than red wine, I didn’t add any sweetener. A little bubbly is added before serving. When I make red sangria, I always add lemon lime soda but since this drink is already sweet enough, I added a splash of club soda.
How to Make Pink Moscato Sangria
This is my kind of cocktail because the ingredients are simple and it’s so easy to make. I especially love that it is made ahead of time. I’m all about quick, easy and make-ahead recipes!
It’s important to make sangria at least an hour before serving to let all the flavors blend together. This just means that you should always have a pitcher of sangria in your refrigerator letting all the flavors soak together. As you drink it, just make some more:)
