Ingredients
  

  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1/3 cup Italian dressing
  • 12 slices sandwich sized pepperoni
  • 12 ounces turkey
  • 12 slices provolone cheese 
  • red onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup sweet and hot salad peppers 
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt

Instructions
 

  • Set aside a 9×13 baking dish and preheat oven to 350°.
  • Slice the rolls on the side but do not cut all the way through, cut until you almost get to the other side.
  • Brush the Italian dressing on the inside of the bottom and top bun.
  • Place 3 slices of pepperoni on the bottom bun.
  • Fold and place 4-5 slices of turkey on top of the pepperoni.
