Spiked Watermelon Lemonade
Woohoo – It’s Friday! I can’t really complain because every day is like a Friday when you’re on summer vacation but I won’t brag about that. It’s Friday and it’s time to celebrate the weekend with a Spiked Watermelon Lemonade Cocktail. And, it just so happens that I had a watermelon sitting on my counter and I needed to do something with it so I figured the best solution was to make an alcoholic beverage with it.
You can never go wrong with a refreshing glass of lemonade on a hot summer day and let me tell you – it is super hot around here. But instead of just making a lemonade cocktail, I decided to add some fresh watermelon.
How to make spiked watermelon lemonade
Start by gathering all the ingredients:
- 1 can Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
- Vodka
- Water
- Watermelon
This cocktail also tastes great with watermelon vodka. I’ve made it both ways and the watermelon vodka definitely adds a lot more watermelon flavor. You could even use half vodka and half watermelon vodka depending on what your have.
Then, just add everything to your blender and blend until smooth. How easy is that?!
There’s nothing better than an easy, refreshing cocktail on a hot summer night.
Cheers!!

6 cups of watermelon was half of the large watermelon I had and feel free to add more or less vodka. It all depends on what kind of week you had. And you can easily make this nonalcoholic. Just substitute water for the vodka.
And remember:
How many servings does this make?
