Are you looking for an easy dinner?  Well, look no further because today we’re making mini pizzas using barlic bread.  This means one thing – personal pizzas in less than 15 minutes! What’s not to love about that?!

We’re always looking for easy dinner recipes especially on busy weeknights and Friday nights.  I don’t know about you but by the time Friday comes around, I am not in the mood to cook at all.  So, we started making Mini Garlic Bread Pizzas. Not only are these pizzas easy to make but everyone can personalize their pizza with their favorite toppings.

And, I have a secret ingredient that makes these pizzas taste even better – Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Shaker.  Shake a little ranch seasoning over the toast before adding your cheese and toppings to add much-needed “YUM” to this quick and easy recipe.  I also mix in a few tablespoons of ranch dressing with the shredded cheese because we all know ranch seasoning makes everything taste better. Plus, the Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Shaker is the easiest way to add zesty flavor to all our favorite meals.

How to make Mini Garlic Bread Pizzas

First, gather your ingredients.  You’ll need only 5 ingredients:

  • Mini Toasts
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Shaker
  • Favorite pizza toppings

Now for the fun part.  Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.  Place garlic bread on baking sheet.  Sprinkle ranch seasoning over garlic bread and spread pizza sauce over each piece.

Add two cups of shredded cheese to a small bowl.  Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning over cheese and mix to combine.  Sprinkle cheese over each piece of garlic bread and add all your favorite pizza toppings.  Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes or until cheese has melted and garlic bread edges are golden brown.

That’s it!  Fun and easy personal pizzas for the entire family in less than 15 minutes!!  Pizza night just got so much better thanks to this 5 ingredient, 15 minute recipe.  And, if you’re not adding Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning to your pizza, you’re missing out!
