Ok my friends, you know I’m all about quick and easy recipes. And, if you love buffalo chicken, then this is definitely the recipe for you.
My husband LOVES to put buffalo sauce on everything and he loves buffalo chicken. That’s pretty much the only thing he orders when we go out to eat. So it only made sense that I make him an easy buffalo chicken recipe at home.
The other night he was working late and I surprised him with this Buffalo Ranch Chicken Bake. I actually combined two different recipes to create this dish and I must admit that it turned out better than I thought. I’m not a buffalo chicken fan and even I thought it was delicious.
My husband and Connor both said it was delicious – which means dinner was a success!
Buffalo Chicken Bake Ingredients
This recipe only requires 7 simple ingredients that you might already have in your refrigerator and pantry.
- 3-4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup of Panko crumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
How to make Buffalo Ranch Chicken Bake
Ready to whip this easy recipe up? First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking dish with cooking spray and place chicken in pan. Combine mayo, Greek yogurt, and buffalo sauce in small bowl. Spread mixture over chicken. In a separate bowl, combine Panko crumbs, cheese, and Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning. Mix well and prinkle over chicken. Bake in over for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and topping is browned.

Hi! This is one of my favorites. Curious if you cover it with foil? I also like to add veggies or rice. It comes out awesome.
I’m about to try this recipe out but I’m curious, should I thaw chicken before I put it in the oven or would it be okay to cook frozen with this recipe?
Hi! I cover mine with foil, remove after 45 min and set it back in for anotber 5-7 just to crisp the top!
Can you freeze this recipe? I plan on throwing boneless skinless chicken breasts in crock to shred to speed up prep time. I’m looking to freeze a few meals for later in the week.
