- It’s easy to make!
- Packed full of fresh and clean ingredients.
- Best if made ahead of time. Just wait to add the avocado.
- What’s not to love about a dip that calls for avocado, feta cheese, and tomotoes?!
How to make Avocado Feta Dip
First gather your ingredients. You’ll need one avocado, two Roma tomatoes, half a red onion, fresh garlic, feta cheese, a little olive oil, red wine vinegar, fresh parsley, oregano, and a splash of lemon juice.
Dice up your tomatoes and onion. Add to a large bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate for a few hours. Then cut your avocado into small chunks right before serving and add to bowl. Garnish with extra parsley and enjoy!
Just grab a spoon because you’ll want to eat this right out of the bowl. If you want to share, serve with tortilla chips.
