Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocados fleshed and diced
  • 3 medium Roma tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese extra for topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro extra for topping
  • 1 small lime juiced
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Using a sharp knife, chop the avocados, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro as directed in the ingredients list. Juice the lime into a small bowl.
  • Place the diced avocado, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, feta cheese, chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and sea salt in a large mixing bowl.
  • Using a spoon or salad tongs, gently combine the ingredients together.
  • Top the dip with extra feta cheese and cilantro leaves. If desired, sprinkle the top with fresh cracked black pepper.
  • Serve the finished dip with tortilla chips, pita chips, or whole wheat crackers. Enjoy!
