I’ve decided that you can’t celebrate the holidays without Christmas Mimosas. Not only are these mimosas easy to make but they are delicious.
But, what’s not to love about a festive holiday drink that combines champagne with cranberry juice, pineapple juice and orange juice?!
How to make Christmas Mimosas
These Christmas mimosas are so easy to make. All you need is cranberry juice, orange-pineapple juice, and few bottles of your favorite champagne. Fill your glass about 1/2 of the way with champagne. Then fill the glass the rest of the way with both juices. How easy is that?! Garnish with frozen cranberries and lemon slices. This is definitely my kind of cocktail recipe.
Make Christmas Mimosa Punch
Are you planning a party and want to make Christmas Mimosa Punch? I can definitely help with that. All you have to do is combine 2 cups of cranberry juice and 2 cups of orange pineapple juice with two bottles of champagne. Add to a large pitcher or punch bowl. Garnish with frozen cranberries and sliced limes.

Want to serve this at your holiday party as a fun mocktail? That’s easy too. Just swap out the champagne for lemon lime soda. Garnish with frozen cranberries and sliced limes for a delicious mocktail everyone will love.

Ingredients
- 2 bottles of chilled champagne
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 2 cups orange pineapple juice
- Sliced limes and frozen cranberries (optional)
Instructions
For individual Christmas Mimosas:
- While holding your champagne flute at a slight tilt, fill the glass about half way with champagne.
- Fill the rest of the glass with cranberry juice and orange pineapple juice.
- Garnish with with cranberries and lime slices.
To make Christmas Mimosa Punch:
- Combine champagne and juices in large pitcher or punch bowl.
- Add frozen cranberries and lime slices.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the ratio of champagne and juice to suit your preference.
- Use lemon-lime soda instead of champagne to make Christmas Mimosa Mocktails.
