How to Make Cheesy Sausage and Corn Dip
- This delicious recipe starts with cooked sausage. You can use mild or hot Italian sausage depending on how spicy you like your food. Make sure to drain the sausage after cooking.
- Add cooked sausage to slow cooker with Ro*Tel, corn, cream cheese and shredded cheese. Place the lid on the slow cooker and let the dip cook for 2-3 hours on low heat or 1-2 hours on high heat. Stir every 30-40 minutes until cream cheese has melted and mixture is heated through.
- Once the cream cheese is completely melted and everything combines into a creamy dip, turn the slow cooker to warm while everyone snacks on this amazing dip to keep it nice and warm. Serve with tortilla chips, sliced bread or pita chips. You can even serve this dip with carrots, celery, and sliced cucumbers

Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian Sausage
- 1 can RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
- 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese
- 1 (15 ounces) can of corn, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Cook sausage in large skillet. Drain sausage.
- Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Add sausage, Ro*Tel, corn, cream cheese and shredded cheese to slow cooker.
- Cook on high for an hour before you’re ready to serve it or cook on low for 2-3 hours. Mix about every 20 minutes or until cream cheese has melted.
- Turn down to warm while everyone snacks on this amazing dip to keep it nice and warm.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
