I also like to whip up a big bowl of Ranch Spinach Dip and have it on hand so we can all snack on it during the week after school and while I’m cooking dinner.

Ranch Seasoning with vegetables and bread

Ingredients needed to make Ranch Spinach Dip

  • Water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • Hidden Valley® Ranch Seasoning
  • Bread and assorted veggies for dipping

Tips for making Ranch Spinach Dip

The most important tip is to make sure the spinach is thawed and drained completely of excess water. I recommend either letting your frozen spinach thaw out completely or microwave it for 1-2 minutes to soften the spinach and melt any ice chips that have formed. Once the spinach is thawed, use a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out all the moisture.

And, just a friendly tip – Any recipe that calls for a packet of Ranch dressing mix can be replaced with 3 tablespoons of ranch seasoning from the larger Ranch seasoning shakers.

Now you’re ready to whip up this amazing Ranch Spinach Dip. I will warn you – this dip will go fast so you might want to double the recipe.
