Champagne Cheesecake Dip A delicious New Year's Eve Dip

Are you looking for the perfect dip to make for your New Year’s Eve party?  Well, you’ve come to the right place because this Champagne Cheesecake Dip is AMAZING!  Not only is it festive but it’s so easy to make.  And, I love that you make it ahead of time which means you aren’t stuck in the kitchen right before your guests arrive.

I’ll be honest with you all – I could just eat this dip right out of the bowl with a big spoon and be perfectly happy.  I do recommend serving it with strawberries.  It would also taste great with graham crackers and vanilla wafers.  I decided to serve it with just strawberries because I feel like if you’re eating dip with fruit it’s healthier.  Who else agrees with that?  Plus, the pop of red with the white and gold make it prettier.
