How to Make Gold Leaf Gift Tags
First, apply gilding adhesive to your blank gift tags. I only added adhesive to the bottom half, but it’s totally up to you. Let the adhesive dry for a few minutes.
Press gift tags onto gold gilding sheets. The gold leafing will only stick to where you applied the adhesive.
Remove tags from gilding sheets and brush excess gold leafing off each gift tag using a gilding brush.
Personalize the gift tags using gold letter stickers, and you’re ready to add these gorgeous gift tags to your wrapped gifts.
Aren’t they awesome?! I LOVE the way these turned out. This is such a fun and simple way to personalized plain gift tags. And, the back of the gift tag is completely blank and ready for a personalized message.
