Ingredients
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 (8 ounces) block cream cheese
- 1 can (10 ounces) Ro*Tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
Instructions
Stovetop:
- Cook sausage in large skillet over medium-high heat until sausage is crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally; drain.
- Add cream cheese and Ro*Tel. Stir until well combined and cream cheese melts.
- Serve immediately with chips.
Slow Cooker:
- Cook sausage in large skillet over medium-high heat until sausage is crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally; drain.
- Add sausage, cream cheese, and Ro*Tel to slow cooker. Cook on low. Stir dip every 30 minutes.
