First of all, I love rainbow sprinkles!!  Second, I love finding simple recipes that require very few ingredients.  Today we’re making Sprinkle Cookies and you only need 4 ingredients.  How awesome is that?!

Let’s mix these bad boys up and get them in the oven so we can start eating them ASAP.

Here is all you need:

  • 1 box cake mix
  • 1 – 8 ounce container of cool whip (thawed)
  • 1 egg
  • Rainbow sprinkles
Directions:
  • Combine cake mix, cool whip, and egg in a large mixing bowl and mix until moist (dough is very thick).
  • Pour about a cup of sprinkles into a bowl.  Roll a spoon full of dough in sprinkles until covered.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes.
  • Let cool and enjoy.

These are so yummy!  I could eat the entire batch all by myself.

Do I really have to share?

You can try this recipe with all kinds of different cake mixes.  Next time I might use chocolate cake mix with chocolate sprinkles.

And, let me tell you – these cookies are moist and chewy.  Just the way I like them!!

  7. I made these last night. Couldn’t have been easier. DELICIOUS, CHEWY and SIMPLE. Awesome idea for a quick make to bring to a picnic or something.

  8. I made these today and they were DELICIOUS! It’s unreal that it only took 3 ingrediants! I had left over pink and white sprinkles from a birthday party so I ended up using a strawberry cake mix instead of yellow. They didn’t turn out as colorful and pretty as yours but they were yummy! Can’t wait to try different cake mixes.
