First of all, I love rainbow sprinkles!! Second, I love finding simple recipes that require very few ingredients. Today we’re making Sprinkle Cookies and you only need 4 ingredients. How awesome is that?!
Here is all you need:
- 1 box cake mix
- 1 – 8 ounce container of cool whip (thawed)
- 1 egg
- Rainbow sprinkles
- Combine cake mix, cool whip, and egg in a large mixing bowl and mix until moist (dough is very thick).
- Pour about a cup of sprinkles into a bowl. Roll a spoon full of dough in sprinkles until covered.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy.
These are so yummy! I could eat the entire batch all by myself.
Do I really have to share?
You can try this recipe with all kinds of different cake mixes. Next time I might use chocolate cake mix with chocolate sprinkles.
And, let me tell you – these cookies are moist and chewy. Just the way I like them!!
