This gift is so easy to put together.  Just fill a mason jar with chocolate hearts or anything you know your child’s teacher will love.  Then add the cute label I created for the perfect Valentine’s Day Gift in a Jar.  I also added a Target Gift Card but this is totally optional.  As a teacher myself, we’re happy any time we get a gift from one of our students.
