Strawberry Mango Mimosas – Strawberries, mango, and orange juice are combined with champagne to make this delicious mimosa!

Strawberry Mango Mimosas

Happy Monday!  Let’s start the week off with a delicious mimosa.

Every Monday should start with mimosas right?  Well, that might not be practical but these Strawberry Mango Mimosas will make you want to start every day with a mimosa.  They’re delicious and easy to whip up which means they’re awesome!

And last week we went strawberry picking so I needed a fun way to use up the 6 pounds of strawberries we brought home.  We can’t let any strawberries go to waste around here.  You can even make these nonalcoholic for the kiddos with sprite instead of champagne.

This mimosa recipe is by far the best mimosa I’ve ever had!  After drinking these, you’ll want one every day and maybe every night.

Cheers to a great week!

  1. Hi Connie, it will probably make about 5-6 glasses so you’ll want to double or triple the recipe for a brunch. It’s so good! I hope you love it as much as I do.

  2. You can puree the strawberries, mango, and orange juice ahead of time and then add the champagne right before serving. Hope you love them. Now, I want one too:)

  3. I like sweet champagne so I usually buy Spumante but if you don’t like your drinks extra sweet I would add Brut. This is already sweet with the mangoes and strawberries so Brut or dry would work.

  4. These look wonderful. Gonna make some for my birthday brunch. I’ll let you know how they turn out.
