Strawberry Mango Mimosas – Strawberries, mango, and orange juice are combined with champagne to make this delicious mimosa!
Happy Monday! Let’s start the week off with a delicious mimosa.
Every Monday should start with mimosas right? Well, that might not be practical but these Strawberry Mango Mimosas will make you want to start every day with a mimosa. They’re delicious and easy to whip up which means they’re awesome!
And last week we went strawberry picking so I needed a fun way to use up the 6 pounds of strawberries we brought home. We can’t let any strawberries go to waste around here. You can even make these nonalcoholic for the kiddos with sprite instead of champagne.
How to Make Strawberry Mango Mimosas
First, dice your mango. Then, add diced mango, strawberries and orange juice to your blender and blend until smooth. Fill champagne flutes about half way with fruit mixture and top with champagne.
This mimosa recipe is by far the best mimosa I’ve ever had! After drinking these, you’ll want one every day and maybe every night.
Cheers to a great week!
And if you make these mimosas, please come back and tell me how much you loved them. I’d love to hear from you.

How many will this recipe make? Going to try the for my brunch.
Hi Connie, it will probably make about 5-6 glasses so you’ll want to double or triple the recipe for a brunch. It’s so good! I hope you love it as much as I do.
How can I make this today and freeze for tomorrow?
You can puree the strawberries, mango, and orange juice ahead of time and then add the champagne right before serving. Hope you love them. Now, I want one too:)
what kind of champagne do you recommend?
I like sweet champagne so I usually buy Spumante but if you don’t like your drinks extra sweet I would add Brut. This is already sweet with the mangoes and strawberries so Brut or dry would work.
These look wonderful. Gonna make some for my birthday brunch. I’ll let you know how they turn out.
How can I make these with out orange juice ice got allergies to orange juice. Thanks
If I am substituting the champagne with sprite for kids what’s the quantity of sprite to be added?
What type of champagne is it?
These magnificent Mango Mimosas are fruity, sweet, a tad tart, effervescent and perfectly refreshing.
Can these drinks be made without acholol?
