Real Heroes Wear Dog Tags – Free Printable

Celebrating Veteran’s Day Monday made me miss my hubby even more. And when I start to get sad about him being gone, I create something.
So, I thought it was only appropriate to create a printable in honor of our military service members. I am so proud of my husband and could never thank him enough for all he does to serve our country!
This printable was inspired by the teacher printable I made a few months ago. Connor loves superheroes but has always thought of his dad as a real superhero. He even says “I love my daddy because he is stronger than the hulk!”
I printed out a 5 x 5 image of the printable and adhered it to cardstock using double sided tape.
Connor wrote a little message to his daddy and now it’s ready to send to him on the ship.

You have shared a lot of wonderful ideas. I would love to do this one, but it will take so much ink to print out. Could you make an alternate version with a white background and contrasting colored letters please?
