Today I’m sharing a quick and easy Garden Vegetable Dip that I made for a New Year’s Eve party I’m going to. Not only is it easy, but it’s delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1 green pepper – finely chopped
- 1 red pepper – finely chopped
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1 container of whipped cream cheese
- 1 small container of plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- pepper
Directions: Add cream cheese and yogurt to bowl. Add vegetables and seasonings to bowl. Mix everything together. Season, to taste, with pepper.
Serve with crackers and more veggies. I like to eat this dip with cucumbers and carrots. I’m also addicted to these pita chips I found.
