Ingredients
Salad
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 2 large apples, chopped
- 1/4 cup almond slivers
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 8 slices of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Honey Yogurt Dressing
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In large bowl, combine broccoli, carrots, onion, apples, almonds, dried cranberries, bacon, and cheese.
- Make dressing by whisking together yogurt, olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
- Add dressing to salad and toss to coat.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
