Broccoli Apple Salad
Broccoli, cranberries, carrots, apples, and cheese come together to make an amazing salad with delicious flavors and textures. The honey yogurt dressing on top makes this salad absolutely incredible! A delicious clean version of your favorite Broccoli Salad!
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 2 large apples, chopped
- 1/4 cup almond slivers
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 8 slices of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Honey Yogurt Dressing
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- In large bowl, combine broccoli, carrots, onion, apples, almonds, dried cranberries, bacon, and cheese.
- Make dressing by whisking together yogurt, olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
- Add dressing to salad and toss to coat.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
