I’ve got another easy and delicious recipe for you all today.

I’m a huge fans of two things – cooking in the slow cooker and making meals that leave enough leftovers for lunch all week long.

Plus, it’s the perfect time of year for soups and stews!

Sunday I made this delicious Chicken Stew in the Slow Cooker and I’m amazed at how easy it was to throw together.  I literally just dumped everything in the slow cooker and walked away.  I also used all organic ingredients and checked all the labels to make sure there were no added preservatives so it’s clean and healthy too.

Definitely my kind of meal!
