Ingredients

  • 4-5 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini pepper juice or chicken broth
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
  • 8-10 pepperoncini peppers, sliced

Instructions

  • Add chicken breast to bottom of slow cooker.
  • Pour pepperoncini juice (or chicken broth) over chicken.
  • Sprinkle au jus mix and ranch seasoning packet over chicken.
  • Cut the half stick of butter into small pieces and distribute evenly over the chicken.
  • Place pepperoncini pepper slices on top of chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours. 
  • When ready, take a couple of forks and shred the chicken.
  • Serve and enjoy!
