- 4-5 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini pepper juice or chicken broth
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
- 8-10 pepperoncini peppers, sliced
Add chicken breast to bottom of slow cooker.
Pour pepperoncini juice (or chicken broth) over chicken.
Sprinkle au jus mix and ranch seasoning packet over chicken.
Cut the half stick of butter into small pieces and distribute evenly over the chicken.
Place pepperoncini pepper slices on top of chicken.
Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours.
When ready, take a couple of forks and shred the chicken.
