Slow Cooker Chicken French Dip Sandwiches

- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 envelope au jus mix
- Sub Rolls
- Provolone cheese
Add chicken and onion to your slow cooker.
In a small bowl combine garlic, chicken stock, worcestershire sauce and onion soup mix. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
Once the chicken is cooked through and tender, dump out most of the liquid in the slow cooker. Shred the chicken.
Add slices of cheese to the sub rolls and using the broiler, melt the chese and toast the sub rolls.
Pile the sub rolls with the shredded chicken.
Make the au jus according to the package directions.
Serve the sandwiches with a side of au jus and enjoy!
