- 2 10 ounces containers of hummus - I used Traditional and Garlic
- 1 tomato diced
- 1 cucumber diced
- 1 4 ounces container feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives pitted
- Parsley for garnish optional
Spread hummus in bottom of baking dish.
Sprinkle feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives over hummus. Top with chopped parsley.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
