Peanut Butter and Banana Protein Pancakes
Ingredients

cup
of rolled oats
1
cup
of cottage cheese
1/2
cup
egg whites
4
tablespoons
peanut butter
1
banana
2
tsp
cinnamon
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in blender.
Spray a nonstick griddle with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle. Flip pancakes over when edges look cooked and tops are covered with bubbles.
Serve warm.
