- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup celery diced
- 1/4 cup chives or green onions finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chili flakes optional
Boil the eggs for 10 to 12 minutes until hard-boiled. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and peel.
Cut the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces and place them in a large bowl.
