Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup celery diced
  • 1/4 cup chives or green onions finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chili flakes optional

Instructions

  • Boil the eggs for 10 to 12 minutes until hard-boiled. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and peel.
  • Cut the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces and place them in a large bowl.
  • Add the chopped celery, chopped chives, cottage cheese, mustard, and lemon juice.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Gently mix all ingredients until well combined.
