1. Make chocolate cake according to package.
2. Just before cake is done baking, add pudding and milk in bowl and mix together.
3. When cake is finished, while still warm, poke holes all over cake using the end of a wooden spoon.
4. Pour pudding mix over cake. (try to aim for holes)
5. Place cake in refrigerator to let pudding set
6. Before serving add cool whip and crushed Oreos to cake.
7. Decorate with Halloween candy and cookies. (I used Milano cookies, black icing, ghost peeps, and pumpkin candy corn)
