- 1 zucchini
- 1 yellow squash
- 1 cup carrots chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups cheese filled tortellini
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Add vegetables, tortellini, sauce, and water to large pan.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes or until tortellini and vegetables are tender.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
