One Pot Cheesy Sausage Skillet Pasta

- 1 pound Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage
- 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 1 zucchini sliced (optional)
- 1 squash sliced (optional)
- 1 box Barilla pasta
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar Monterey Jack cheese
Cook and crumble Italian sausage in large pan. Add garlic and cook for an addition 2-3 minutes.
Add chicken broth, water, milk, tomatoes, zucchini, squash, and pasta to pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Cook for 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese over pasta and cover for another 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
