Caprese Salsa

- 3 cups chopped tomatoes about 8 Romas
- 3/4 cup basil leaves minced
- 4 ounces Real California fresh fresh mozzarella cheese chopped
- 1/2 cup onion diced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, basil, and onion in large bowl.
Mix balsamic vinegar and olive oil in small bowl. Drizzle over tomatoes, cheese, basil, and onion. Stir to evenly coat.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve in small bowl with pita chips, tortilla chips, bread, or crackers.
