Preheat grill.
Cut six sheets of foil, about 18 inches long.
Cut all your pretty vegetables into small pieces and cut chicken into 1 inch cubes.
Divide chicken and vegetables and place equal amounts on each foil sheet.
Mix Italian dressing, vinegar, and olive oil in small bowl. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of dressing mix over contents of each foil sheet.
Sprinkle extra Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to chicken and veggies.
Fold the sides of the foil and seal the packets well.
Place foil packets on the grill and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Open and enjoy!
