Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Foil Packets

Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Foil Packets – an easy dinner packed with tons of flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 yellow squash
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 1 green peppers
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat grill.
  • Cut six sheets of foil, about 18 inches long.
  • Cut all your pretty vegetables into small pieces and cut chicken into 1 inch cubes.
  • Divide chicken and vegetables and place equal amounts on each foil sheet.
  • Mix Italian dressing, vinegar, and olive oil in small bowl. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of dressing mix over contents of each foil sheet.
  • Sprinkle extra Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to chicken and veggies.
  • Fold the sides of the foil and seal the packets well.
  • Place foil packets on the grill and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  • Open and enjoy!
