Ingredients
3-4boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 onion, diced
2-3potatoes, peeled and cubed
1cancream of chicken soup(10.5 ounce can)
1cup milk
1 1/2cupschicken broth
1/2teaspoonpoultry seasoning
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2 teaspoonmarjoram
1/2 teaspoonsage
1/2 teaspoonthyme
salt and pepper to taste
16ouncebag of frozen veggies
2cansGrands flaky biscuits (served on the side)
parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Place chicken, diced onion, and potatoes in slow cooker.
Combine chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, milk and seasonings in small bowl. Mix and pour over chicken.
Cook on low for 5 hours or high for 3 hours.
Shred chicken and add frozen vegetables. Cook for an additional hour or until vegetables are cooked.
Serve with biscuits on the side or add biscuits to bowl and pour soup over biscuits. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
If you like your soup to be thicker, only add 1 cup of chicken broth to slow cooker.
