Heat oil and chicken in large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Cook chicken until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add Alfredo sauce, water, uncooked pasta, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine all ingredients.
Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Cook for 10 minutes.
Stir pasta and add 1/2 cup cheese. Cook for an addition 5 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over pasta. Cover and cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes.
Top with parsley and parmesan cheese.
