Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • half a banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries I just throw a handful in the blender
  • 4-5 strawberries

Instructions

  • Blend everything in a blender and pour.
