Valentine’s Day Saltine Toffee Bark – Saltine toffee bark is an addicting sweet treat and when it’s decorated with pink, red, and white M&M’s and fun sprinkles, it becomes a festive Valentine’s Day treat – perfect for your valentine!


  • 40 Saltine Crackers
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • Additional toppings – M&M’s, chopped pecans, sprinkles, etc. (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line large baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Spread crackers out on foil in single layer and set aside.
  3. In medium sauce pan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes while stirring constantly.
  4. Pour immediately over crackers and spread to cover evenly. Bake in oven for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Let sit for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Evenly spread chocolate over toffee.
  7. Top with additional toppings.
  8. Chill in refrigerator for at least two hours. Peel away from foil and break into pieces.


Store Saltine Chocolate Toffee in airtight container at room temperature for up to one week or in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. You can also store in the freezer.
