St. Patrick’s Day Mimosas

Leprechaun Mimosas

A delicious combination of orange juice, Blue Curacao, and champagne turns a traditional mimosa into a delicious St. Patrick’s Day cocktail!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle chilled Champagne, Prosecco, or your favorite sparkling wine
  • 24 cups pulp-free orange juice
  • 1 cup Blue Curacao

Instructions

  1. Fill champagne flute 1/3 of the way with orange juice.  Add a splash of Blue Curacao to champagne flute and mix with a straw or spoon.
  2. Slowly fill the rest of the glass with your favorite sparkling wine.
  3. Enjoy!
