Ice Cream Filled Cupcakes
- 24 of your favorite cupcakes, baked and cooled
- 1/2 carton Blue Bunny® ice cream
- Vanilla frosting
- Smucker’s Magic Shell Chocolate Fudge Flavored Topping
- Sprinkles
- Cherries
- Use a knife to cut a circle in the top of each cupcake and remove center of each cupcake.
- Fill each cupcake with ice cream. Place in freezer until you’re ready to frost them.
- When ready to serve, frost cupcakes. Add Magic Shell Chocolate fudge, sprinkles, and cherry to each cupcake. Serve immediately.
