Grilled Shrimp Fajita Foil Packets

Shrimp Fajitas

What do you get when you combine shrimp, peppers, onions and rice?  The best fajitas ever!  These Grilled Shrimp Fajita Foil Packets are easy and delicious making them one of my favorite dinners to make.


  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Serve with tortillas, salsa, sour cream, and rice (optional)


  1. Preheat grill over high heat.
  2. Cut foil pieces into four – 12 inch squares.
  3. Add shrimp, peppers, and onion to large bowl.
  4. Mix taco seasoning, olive oil, and lime juice in small bowl. Pour over shrimp, peppers, and onion in large bowl. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Evenly divide shrimp, peppers, and onion onto aluminum squares. Fold foil up and seal aluminum packets closed.
  6. Place foil packets on grill for 10-12 minutes or until shrimp is cooked. Serve immediately with rice, tortillas, fresh salsa and sour cream.
