Greek Hummus Dip Recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 (10 ounces) containers of hummus – I used Traditional and Garlic
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 (4 ounces) container feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted
  • Parsley for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Spread hummus in bottom of baking dish.
  • Sprinkle feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives over hummus.  Top with chopped parsley.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
