Bubble Up Chicken Pot Pie

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag frozen vegetables
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (16.3 ounce) refrigerated biscuits


  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray 9 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, stir together chicken, cream of chicken soup with herbs, frozen vegetables and milk; mix until combined. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into baking dish and spread into even layer.
  3. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Spread biscuit pieces evenly over chicken mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuit pieces are thoroughly baked and center of casserole is bubbly. If biscuits aren’t baked through flip pieces over and bake for an addition 5-10 minutes.
