Chocolate Cherry Bars
- 1 box of chocolate fudge cake mix
- 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 container whipped chocolate frosting
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Step 2: In large bowl add two eggs and beat with a fork.
- Step 3: Add dry cake mix and mix with spoon or spatula. Gently fold in pie filling and chocolate chips. Continue to mix.
- Step 4: Spread cake batter in pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Step 5: Let cool completely and frost with frosting. Cut into bars and serve.
