Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole combines chicken, bacon, veggies, and Ranch dressing along with a few other simple ingredients creating the perfect dinner for the entire family.


  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and cumbled
  • 2 cups broccoli florets or 1 (12 ounce) bag steamable broccoli
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets or 1 (12 ounce) bag steamable cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3/4 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Steam broccoli and cauliflower in microwave for 4 minutes and drain. If using fresh veggies, steam on stovetop until tender.
  3. Add chicken, veggies, bacon, ranch dressing, garlic, and half of the shredded to cheese to large bowl. Mix until combined.
  4. Transfer to a large baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until center is hot and cheese has fully melted.


Store leftovers in airtight container and refrigerate until ready to reheat.
