Sweet Potato Fries:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • Olive oil spray
  • Seasonings for toppings: brown sugar and cinnamon, salt and pepper, garlic powder and paprika, and or Parmesan cheese.

Honey-Chipotle Dip

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

For the Sweet Potato Fries:

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into ¼” matchsticks.
  2. Place the fries into a bowl of ice water while you cut the remaining potatoes. Remove the fries from the water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Spray the potatoes lightly with olive oil spray. Place about half of the fries in the air fryer and cook them at 365F for 12-15 minutes, stirring them half way through cooking. Transfer the fries to a sheet pan and keep them warm in a 225F oven while you cook the remaining fries.
  4. Once the fries have cooked, toss them with seasoning and set aside until ready to serve.

For the Honey-Chipotle Dip

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.

  • Its extremely important not to crowd the sweet potato fries or youll end up with soggy fries.
  • For extra crispy fries, turn the air fryer up to 385F and cook the fries for 1-2 minutes, or until your desired crispness.
